DELIVERY

We ship our balloons via Royal Mail

Royal Mail standard 2-3 Working days. £5.50. This service is best for when your balloon doesn't need to arrive on a certain day. You will still be prompted to choose a date during checkout but please make sure it is at least 3 working days in advance.

Royal Mail 24 tracked. £7.90 -This service is best for when you want a balloon delivered quickly or on your chosen date. For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm. 

Tracking is available for this service and updates will be sent to your mobile or email. 

We also offer free local delivery in close proximity to our premises in Berkshire, If you are sending a balloon to postcodes RG2, RG12, RG40, RG41 RG42, RG45, please select the Free local delivery option on checkout. 

We are sorry, but we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.

If you are sending the balloons to a remote area, it might be a good idea to order a day earlier, just in case of any delays. 

Once the balloons leave us on the correct service, we cannot guarantee delivery will be made on time, it is in the hands of Royal mail, but we will of course help in any way we can to resolve any issues. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you receive a balloon that is damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged balloon within 24 hours. Email to hello@geminiballoons.co.uk, stating your name and order number. A refund for the balloon will be given if it is evident the balloon is faulty or damaged. The cost of the balloon only will be refunded, not the delivery charge.

We cannot accept returns for inflated balloons as these are classed as perishable items under the UK distance selling act. (2000)

Our balloons are designed for decoration and are not toys, please take care when children are present. Keep away from extreme heat as the balloon may burst. Never release the balloons in to the sky, this is and can be extremely dangerous.

Please dispose of your balloon responsibly and in a environmentally friendly way.
